One of the recommendations from the Novak Consulting Group report regarding the city's Technical Review Committee (TRC) was to develop plan review cycle-time performance standards and a performance measurement reporting process. This dashboard is our initial step to define a goal and track our progress. We will use this data as well as staff time tracking logs to continuously adjust, improve, and strike the balance between managing expectations with volume of submittals and staff capacity.
