The legal document generator provides developers with a simple way to create legal documents needed to dedicate portions of a development to the public. We are providing this tool to eliminate unnecessary reviews of legal documents, therefore hopefully reduing the time to complete the dedication process. Simply select the document you need from the dropdown menu below, complete the form, then click the "Create PDF" button. A PDF of the legal document should open in a new window and it will include the information you entered.
